Pretty much all of the images shown on this website are available for sale. I also have a larger collection of stock wildlife images which are not online. I may have the image you need, even if it is not displayed on this web site. I am also happy to consider commissions.
1. Image Quality
Most images are shot using either:
- Digital at 8.2 Megapixels with the Canon EOS20D which allows excellent quality up to A3 size and gives outstanding and vibrant prints.
- Film using Fuji Sensia, Velvia or Provia 100. This allows high-resolution scanning using a dedicated slide scanner and gives prints of exceptional quality.
The image quality of pictures on this web site is by necessity not excellent; these lower resolution (72dpi) images only offer a small idea of the overall image composition but do not show its true quality.
Just email me and let me know what images you would like and how you want them.
2. Wildlife Charities/Organisations
Please note that in some cases I am happy to allow wildlife charities and organisations to use my images for free or at a reduced cost. This depends on the organisation and the usage, but by and large if it is going to benefit a worthy cause then I am happy to help in any way I can.
3. Commissions
I am happy to take commissions for any work, and in many cases will simply ask for expenses to be covered if the subject matter interests me. Just email me and let me know what wildlife images you are after.
